NANDO FERNANDES

I am Luiz Fernando Martins Fernandes (Nando Fernandes), an integrative therapist, relational clinical psychoanalyst, acupuncturist in Traditional Chinese Medicine, and chiropractor. My clinical practice is guided by an integrative approach that brings together different therapeutic practices based on an expanded understanding of the health–disease process, with attention to individual singularity and interagency relationships.

I am currently persuing bachelor's degrees in Naturology, Nutrition, and Biomedicine. My interest lies in the dialogue between these fields toward a broader understanding of integrative health. My academic work is dedicated to the organization, critical reflection, and communication of integrative health models, maintaining conceptual rigor and a scientific foundation.

I currently serve on the board of the Naturology Academic Center "Dr. Daniel Maurício de Oliveira Rodrigues", holding the position of Director of Education and Scientific Outreach.

My professional trajectory unfolds between Brazil and the United Kingdom, countries that make up my dual citizenship. This experience in diverse contexts enables dialogue with different cultural, educational, and institutional perspectives, fostering a globalized view of current health challenges.
